The program's recovery guidance calls for at least 7 hours of sleep, with 8–9 hours as the target.

Train Monday through Friday with Wednesday as a rest day, then take the weekend off. The program is built around six core lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, barbell row, pull-ups, and dips.
Nutrition guidance and recovery planning are included as supporting principles alongside the training plan.
